Whether it be for young people wanting to experience an outdoor activity, woodland learning or birthday parties. Or for adults from all organisations be it corporate, non profit or personal, wanting to experience our professional learning and development experiences.
With over 15 years of Learning & Development experience and 25 years of working with young people, we specialise in new approaches in Management and Leadership development, Teamwork, Consultancy, Coaching, outdoor development and events.
We can create a solution for what you are looking for in your learning and development from the initial consultancy and solution to delivery and follow up, whether your an individual or organisation.
We have practicioners in many great tools such as MBTI, Insights, TetraMap, NLP and many more.

We use the name Outdoor Magic as a metaphor for creating a fun and engaging environment that helps minds move, whether this be in or away from the workplace, such as the great outdoors.
